Seeing that its a Friday so the weekend is well in sight I'm feeling in a celebratory mood and am looking forward to tucking into some of my favorite cocktails this evening. I thought that I would share with you some of my famous drinks that me and my friends adore. I will begin with the fresh and light Lychee & Pear Martinis as they are nice and simple. To make each cocktail pour 30ml of Absolut Pears Vodka into a chilled glass. Then add a lychee and top it up with reserved Lychee juice. Its absolutely delicious. Another favorite of mine is Raspberry Champagne Cockatil. All you have to do is pour 3tbsp of Créme de Cassis into 8 Champagne flutes evenly. Slowly pour a bottle of chilled Champagne between each glass and, just before serving, drop a few raspberries into each drink. So simple!
